HEALTHY WEIGHT

The only way to lose weight and not recover it is to do it in a healthy and natural way, gradually, taking into account all the factors, both physical and psychological.

The obesity:


Obesity is considered a chronic disease and manifests itself when body fat increases to a point where health is compromised and in some cases even life.


Causes of obesity:


The reasons are multiple: excessive consumption of food, consumption of food with low nutritional status, sedentary lifestyle, some physical diseases such as hypothyroidism, psychological problems that result in excessive consumption of food and sometimes the combination of several of these factors.

Loving and worshiping our body and spirit are the key to achieving healthy weight loss.
